Shipping
When purchasing a piece through Instagram or another direct channel, you will receive a payment link to complete your order.
Orders are typically dispatched within one week, unless major adjustments or additional finishing are needed. I will let you know the expected timeframe when you place your order.
Shipping is free worldwide.
For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes required by their country.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email meltedfairytales@gmail.com to let me know you wish to return your piece.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned piece has been received, I will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Warranty
All pieces are covered by the applicable 2-year legal guarantee against defects.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Prices
Prices include 21% Dutch VAT and may change over time due to changes in material and silver prices.
Privacy
Your personal information is only used when needed to process your order and communicate with you about it.
Information is handled securely, and access to or deletion of personal data can be requested at any time.
