All sales are final upon purchase. If you experience any issues with your piece(s), you have 14 days from the delivery date to email meltedfairytales@gmail.com for a review and potential refund. To minimize any issues beforehand, feel free to reach out if you’d like additional details or photos. Since I can’t capture every small detail in pictures, I’m happy to answer any questions before you buy.
Each jewelry piece is one-of-a-kind. If listed on the website, it is generally available for immediate purchase. If no resizing is needed, it will be shipped within a week. For adjustments like resizing, I typically complete and ship orders within 2-3 weeks to allow time for proper modifications. Please note that minor variations may occur due to final retouching or resizing.

Warranty
All purchases come with a 2-year warranty. You can file a complaint about any defects or deficiencies that arise within this period. However, if the issue is due to negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, warranty coverage may no longer apply. Prices
The prices of products may be adjusted over time due to fluctuations in the cost of materials. All listed prices are the current retail prices and include 21% Dutch VAT.
