When an item is listed in my webshop (and not sold out), it means it's in stock and ready to be dispatched ASAP, typically within one week. This allows me time to add any final touch-ups if needed before it heads to its new owner.
For items that need to be remade—such as rings that require resizing or other adjustments—I aim to complete them within a 2-3 week timeframe, depending on the specifics of the changes.
I’ll notify you when your item ships and provide an estimated delivery time. If there are any production or shipping delays, you'll be kept updated with the new estimated arrival date.
Shipping is available worldwide.
At checkout, a shipping fee will be applied based on your location. This fee will be displayed during the checkout process. If your country isn't listed in the address options, please email me at meltedfairytales@gmail.com, and I'll make sure to add it.
Make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as the system doesn't automatically verify its accuracy. If you notice any mistakes, contact me by email so I can correct them before shipping.
If you're ordering from outside the EU, customs duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
RETURN POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return. Please contact meltedfairytales@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment to start the return process.
The customer is responsible for returning the item safely and covering any return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and with a tracking number.
Once the return is processed and the item has been received, I will refund the original purchase amount to the payment method used for the transaction. Please note that refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
